Trading Technology Australia is an I.T. integrator with a difference. We specialise in wholesale financial services, including Financial Markets, middle and back office processing and energy markets. We are neither a pure vendor, nor pure consultants, but use a combination of proprietary tools and expert staff to deliver our service. We aim to optimally leverage our own resources to keep client costs down and to ensure project delivery times.
ChameleonTM
One of our proprietary tools is a software development tool called Chameleon. Chameleon allows us to create many kinds of applications including executables, services and dynamic link libraries (DLLs), but one of its most interesting uses is the creation of Excel-based applications (XLL add-ins).
We have used Chameleon to create applications that price derivatives, trade equities and contribute rates to data vendors, including a host of other tasks. The familiar Excel interface is retained, but Chameleon applications have significant benefits over spreadsheet-based tools.
